This MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (this Agreement) is created on May 17, 2024 by and between Germanische Heilkunde Academy, LLC, a company formed under the law of Delaware and the Member.
The Company runs a Membership Program (GHk Club) and the Member wants to join this Program under the terms of this agreement. Both parties agree as follows.
1. MEMBERSHIP
1.1 The company allows the Member to join the Program. The Member's membership cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else.
1.2 The membership will start on the date of this Agreement and will continue until either the Company or the Member ends it.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Member's responsibilities: The Member promises to follow all the rules and conditions of this agreement and the Program. This includes but are not limited to. a) Respect other Members' rights and abide by any guideline about the use of shared resources b) Not engage in any activities that could harm the Reputation of the Program or the Company c) Comply with any other conditions outlined in this Agreement or in the Program guidelines
2.2 Company's Responsibilities: The Company promises to let the Member access the Program and to perform its duties. These duties include: a) Provide the agreed services as outlined in this on the website ghk-club.com b) Maintain the quality of the Program as promised to the Member c) Provide necessary support to the Member as and when required
3. COST
3.1 MEMBERSHIP FEE: The Member will pay the Company a membership fee. This fee is according to the GHk Club membership level purchased by the Member as laid out on the Company's website ghk-club.com.

4. REFUND POLICY
4.1. I hereby agree and acknowledge that my membership Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
5. ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL RISK
5.1 By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the GHk Club either trough purchase of classes or memberships, you agree that, on my own behalf and on behalf of the listed under the age of 18 years old, as their parent, legal guardian or custodian, knowingly, voluntarily and freely accept and assume all risks, both known and unknown, of injuries, or other loss or damage, while on the GHk Club premises, however caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence of the GHk Club. You represent that you have full authority as parent or legal guardian of the listed minor.
6. WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS
6.1 You agree, on my own behalf, and on the behalf of the listed minors, expressly waive any and all claims, suits or demands for personal injury or any other damage or loss against the GHk Club, including but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision and /or negligent instruction.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
7.1 The undersigned hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, costs, property loss, medical bills, loss of income, expenses, attorney fees, liens, subrogation rights and all other damages of any kind of nature whatsoever, and from any suits claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses whether or not in litigation, arising out of or related to Members participation in the Program.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 In the event I file a lawsuit against the GHk Club, I voluntarily agree to litigate to litigate only in the state of Delaware
9. CONSENT
9.1 I have carefully read the foregoing assumption of risk, release of liability and indemnification section and understand its content. I am aware that I am releasing legal rights that otherwise may exist.
